At GovCorp Finance our primary focus is getting you the best returns from your investment. This is why our strategy is to deliver on 2nd mortgage funds/caveat loans as our primary product to our customers. You, as an investor will typically see returns of 18% p.a on your investment opposed to the 3-8% that you might receive from conventional investments.
The risks are mitigated further by conditions including a required maximum LVR of 75%, negotiating shorter term loans (1-12 Months) and a clear exit strategy that usually involves refinance or the sale of the underlying asset.
As an Investor, you have total control of what loan contracts that we invest in on your behalf because we never take possession of your money. Once you make the decision to invest, your money is placed in an independent Third Party Trust Fund to ensure that you invest only when you have given written permission to do so. We will share the opportunities with you in detail and YOU CHOOSE where your money goes. Unlike some traditional models, there is no lock in contract period.
